Food for breakfast was fab. Without doubt the location was perfect and fantastic in primrose valley. In fact, the property was short walk to centre, helpful staff with fast service and beach and lake obscured by other properties.

Ideal location for walking to nearby beach. Convenient bus service outside into town center. Good accommodation, felt like home. Amazing beach for fossil hunting, kite flying, and sandcastles. Pool access with no need to book.

The place has a well-equipped room with a shower, hair dryer, and bath sheets which came in very handy, and the staff provided helpful and prompt service throughout the stay.

We stayed at Sandy Bottom for a week and had a fantastic time. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, and well laid out. The owner's welcome box was a lovely touch, and the apartment was overall clean and fresh. The resort facilities were top-notch, including a restaurant that was dog-friendly, with great food and helpful staff. The location was perfect, with private access to a beautiful beach for fossil hunting and kite flying. We also enjoyed the pool, which had free entry.

The cozy living room, the comfortable bedroom, and the breathtaking view from the balcony made me feel right at home. I couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy my vacation. As an older guest, this apartment provided the perfect mix of comfort and beauty.

Personally, I found the microwave in the apartment to be unnecessary. However, I understand that others may still find it useful for their needs.

Although the apartment was advertised as beachfront, it was actually a 10-minute walk from the beach, which was a bit misleading. Additionally, the description mentioned a lake view, but our view was obscured by other properties.
